My 2013 Dodge Durango has a noise that sounds like a fan running on rear driver side under vehicle and it is draining my battery. What is this?

Under vehicle near back driver side
passenger is a noise that sounds like a fan
that stays on when I turn off vehicle. It is
draining the battery and I don’t know what
it is.

It is likely the radiator cooling fan(s). Pup the hood and see if that is what is running.

Not radiator cooling fan. Diagnose problem as fuel pump relay in the TIPM going bad. Fuel pump was staying on when engine was turned off.The FIX: In the TIPM pull fuse m25 and bypass fuel pump relay to fuse M7 with a bypass module.
