How are people posting 2013 or any Volt with a sun or moon roof.

Volts do not have nor have ever had a sun or a moon roof. My 2013 Volt is
listed here.

Unless they are aftermarket modifications it's not plausible. Anything impacting weight or fuel economy was engineered out by GM.
