How much torque can stock tie rods handle on a 2013 Ram 1500 Sport

Asked by Kellan Sep 24, 2017 at 03:24 PM about the 2013 RAM 1500 Sport Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Car Customization

I am looking to add some horsepower/torque on my truck and I've heard that
a lot of manufacturer parts can only handle so much. Not saying I want to
add a crap ton of torque, but definitely looking to add a supercharger
sometime in near future. I am just trying to not go overboard can break down
my vehicle. I'd rather replace the parts now vs breaking more than what I
could avoid now. Thanks!

Tie rods are not a normal hot rod upgrade part. Do you mean connecting rods?
