I recently purchased a 1966 gto that needs lots of
restoration. I was looking over the cowl tag and
cannot find what these numbers mean. Thank you.

Take a look at the last digits of your VIN, if these match then it's just the serial number. A goat-specific forum should have plenty of answers for you.
