Question type: Car Customization

I have a 2013 Camaro basic and a 1991
camaro I wanted to know if I could take the
350 tuned port engine out of the 91 and put it
in the 2013.....would it be a better swap and
will it fit

The next problem is the car would not be smog legal. The V6 also has around 65 more HP than the old V8!

I'd like to know how to go about this also, not concerned about hp, just looks and sound, how to go about this and have my instruments/gauges work,
