Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This is my first time, so I'm sorry in advance. :-)

My 2013 Ford Fiesta started dying recently overnight. I put my meter on my
battery with the car turned off and it's pulling 17mA (0.017A). From what I've
read on other forums, this is a little high. Is that correct? If so, What's the
easiest way to trouble shoot this issue? Begin in the fuse box? Pull a fuse, see
if it kills the drain? Once the circuit identified, troubleshoot the the circuit?
