Nissan Altima 2013 Maintenance Issues

I have a 2013 Nissan Altima SL. The car was working fine for 5 years till my
maintenance contract Expired. Since then I have had multiple serious issues
with the car:
1) The A/C Compressor is gone, The A/C no longer works, I have paid twice to
check the compressor and get the coolant replaced with no luck.
2) I keep getting oil change and maintenance warning every month. I have
been regular with my service records.

Anyone else experiencing the same kind of issues with the 2013 Altima?
