Waaaayyy Lower Mileage listed on CarGurus for a car

Asked by Lian May 12, 2017 at 12:56 AM about the 2013 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I brought home a car thinking it had 46 K miles on it
but on closer inspection it has more than 87K! I'm
mad at myself for not confirming and the deal is not
finalized, but I never would have even looked at the
car if the ad had been truthful! Watch out...

Lian,if deal is not final, take it back it should have been the mileage listed,if not,it is called false advertizing.

Thank you. I put $500 so they couldn't sell it to someone else and I guess if I have to part with it for a lesson learned I am prepared for that. No way are they getting the rest of my very large downpayment!

I would except they seem to want to play the shell game with warranties, price, etc. And they still haven't changed the mileage on their site, even though they said that they put in a request a week ago with their internet people. I don't want to go back there unless they have a car I really, really want.
