Radio won't play the sounds

I did see somewhere on my radio it showed a mute sign

The mute sign is going I don't see it anymore

There should be a mute button somewhere. Try pushing it. If you can't see it try reading your owners manual for the location.

If you have a teenager in the family, have them fiddle with the controls, I bet they will have it working in a couple of minutes!

My daughter try messing with it

If she can't do it the radio may be dead.
