How do I clear the anti theft code?

My 2013 Dodge Dart sxt wont start. When i tried to crank it the gauges went
crazy then everything shut off. no lights or radio not even the head lights
would come on. I opened and closed my door and the lights came back on. I
tried to crank it again but the screen said anti theft code needed. I do not
have he code. I tried cranking it again and everything went black again and I
was not able to get it to come back on. What is wrong with my car????
Please help!!!!!!

Is your car equipped with the keyless enter and go system? Or just the standard fob and key style?

Did you test the battery yet? What is the voltage? Load tested?
