Dodge Neon 02 Transmission

My 02 Dodge Neon was running fine one day then it got stuck in
second gear
and won’t come out. Is it the shift solenoid?

Man it could be a number of many options. I personally just changed shift solenoid both in and out sensors The transmission speed sensor all these are right together btw on a 2004 and still stuck in LimpMode!!!! Next is the brain. Oh and replaced filter and fluid also....
