STAY AWAY FROM MB MOTORSPORTS

Asked by Jonathan Oct 15, 2017 at 09:58 PM about the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec RWD

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I purchased used from this dealership unaware of
preexisting damage to the cars radiator. Hyundai found a
stop leak agent inside the hoses and had to flush engine
right before MB decided to tell them they owned the
vehicle as they proceeded to steal it back to their
dealership. I warn you to stay away from this place.

My question is for anyone who’s dealt with this scenario
before, what advice would you give regarding
repercussion?

1) are you saying they are not giving the car back to you? maybe they took it to fix it themselves? if they sold it to you, then you have paperwork proving this, i dont think it would be hard to involve authorities and get your car back... 2) since the damage is pretty visible, you could have looked under the car a bit and saw it. 3) inspect the car before purchase, at least visually... dealers and most shops will do a pre-sale inspection... i always repair/replace anything that's damaged, and do pre-sale inspections at Hyundai dealer - then customer may also inspect at their own preferred shop, which is fine... 4) I'm DriftAuto - i sell pre-owned genesis coupes www.driftauto.net
