Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 2013 Ford Edge Limited.  AC is blowing hot air on drivers side and
cold air on passenger side.  Here are two options on how to fix this issue:
1.  Actuator Wiring Connectors:   (This option worked for me).  There are
actuator wiring harnesses that are connected with a "green" connector; this
is located above the gas pedal on the drivers side.  Unplug the connector
and reconnect.  Problem solved; cold air again.
2.  HVAC Reset:  (This did not work for me; however, appears to have
worked for others).  If you have electronic controls, press the Power Control
button and the Defrost button simultaneously for a few seconds, release and
then press the Power Control button.

Locate the Actuator Wiring Connector (Green in color) on the drivers side, disconnect and reconnect. If you are having a problem with the passenger side, there is another actuator on the passenger side located behind the glove box.
