Signal lights rapidly blinking with the sounds.

I am from Dubai UAE,
My Ford Edge 2013 SEL model,having a problem with the signal light, if i seat on the
drivers seat the left side, the sounds is rapidly clicking same as the light indicator,
outside the car at the back is the same rapidly blinking, but in-front it is off.
Could you advise please.

The front light bulb the one that is out needs to be replaced.

In Dubai UAU you folks drove on the right side of the road with left-hand drive cars, as we do..... left side IS drivers side. I guess those guys have picked up on something I missed. I got lost at 'Drivers seat Left side. Drivers side IS left seat. But whatever bulb is burned out - not functioning is the one that needs to be replaced. The flasher does not have the proper load being used. hence the fast-flashing. So after all that, firebird338 and Rowefast are right.

Wow, Don't have alcohol there. Looking at Dubai UAE Rules of the road BAC content is limit is 0.00. "In Dubai if there is a line of traffic waiting and you believe you are more important than the other drivers, that your time is more valuable than theirs, please feel free to drive on the left." also "We have paved shoulders for emergencies and breakdowns. This may be ignored if you are a driver of the self-importance , in which case you may feel free to use the hard shoulder to get to the front of the queue." and "In Dubai you may feel free to take two parking spaces, or park in any way in any place which is convenient for you if you are an important person" (Geez, Royalty?)
