Honda 2012 CRV lights are out.

I was pulled over tonight because my rear marker lights were out.  Low and
behold my front marker lights, license plate light and side amarker lights are all
out. Blinkers work, headlights work (bright and dim), flashers, turn signals and
hazards work. We replaced #34 and pulled all 7.5 amps.  Also replaced #26
under the hood.  I'm at a loss.

If all the fuses are good then I would set my eyes towards the multi function switch.
