Is there a recall on the VTC Actuator rattle. Almost 2 years
for me.

What is the deal for the VTC ACTUATOR rattle?

Recalls are for safety issues not rattles. Maybe there is a service bulletin for this issue. Most likely you need to change out the actuator. Dirty oil is probably a factor.
