Subaru Forester Lights

When our Prius started having expensive
mechanical and high-dollar get-around issues, we
opted to sell and get a 2012 AWD Subaru Forester.
It has approx 130,000 miles, a clean title It gets
around GREAT in the snow but about 2 months
ago, the ‘check engine, track off & cruise control’
lights started flashing. I have taken this to local
guys but they’ll re-set it for a while and then it all
comes back on. Everybody recommends taking it
to a dealer but a dealer is saying $1400-$2400 for
repairs. My cruise does not work with this issue
going on. Should I sink this cash into it or maybe
just try to trade up? In my experience, high-
mileage electrical issues just kind of remain
ongoing. In addition to the fact that it burns about
a quart of oil every 500 miles. That gets expensive
when you commute for a living!

Resetting the light does Nothing! Read the codes and find out what is wrong!!!
