Does CG have to do all the paper work and sale?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

If a private buyer wants to buy my car at viewing, can I sign the title over and
collect the money or does CG have to do all the paper work and payment
processing?? How do I notify CG to let them know the sale is going to happen
and pay them?
