Dealing with the same person. All seemed to good to be true so I simply googled his email address to see if any reports were made on his email. And sure enough there was plenty.

I'm dealing with the same guy too. It seemed way too go to be true so I had to clarify with him. He told me the exact same thing but April 30th. Also he put the same listing up but for hundreds of different locations to get his listing to be seen.

I just got done dealing with him he told me he wasn't leaving until may8!!!!
