I made a mistake when making an offer, can it be corrected.

I made an offer, the other party countered.  I wanted to further negotiate, not
accept the counter offer.  Then I got a message that she had accepted.  I  
wanted to send another message but didn't understand your system for doing
so.  How can this be fixed?
