I have a 1983 dodge power ram w150. New battery, alternator, voltage regulator (2nd). Battery is Severely Overcharging. have owem cked green ground - no short - have volt cked red lead to reg-start circuit - volts same as batt w/ ignition on.  New ground cable installed -- please help with additional idea or test Thanks, Dale
