2004 dodge neon

Ok so i have myself a 2004 dodge neon sxt has
roughly 95000 miles automatic...it will not let me
go over 2200 rpm i replaced tps the computer
behind the drivers side head light camshaft sensor
and plug in to it but if im going to a stop sign or
down over a hill if i click it down to 3rd itll proudly
go up over 2200 rpms but if you give it any fuel at
all it boggs down and wants to fall flat on its
face...help please!

It should be giving you some kind of check engine code but sounds like the catalytic converter might be getting clogged up or lacking fuel but either way it should throw out a code
