04 dodge dakota slt 4.7l no crank no gauges no bus

My 04 dodge dakota slt 4.7l   Stalled and will
not crank gauges dont work and no bus in
odometer, i have voltage to pcm constant
and  switched , i also have a 5v ref at the tps,
map and at the cma and crank sensors and
the grounds are good any ideas

Yes all fuses are and relays are good and we are at the point of checking the output from pcm to instrument cluster

all this happened all at once? starter problem won't explain why guages don't work while the car is not running. But really when they don't work when the car is running would be a big problem. But, have you tried to bypass the starter to get it to crank?

I know its weird , also even when you use the remote start it wont crank

Ues i used my power probe to engage the starter from the relay box and did the same for the fuel pump

Your starter won't turn even when you bypass? Getting it to crank is another question.

Yes i was able to get starter to work from the relay box under the hood and the fuel pump as well

Its to my understanding that the tcm is apart of the pcm so if the pcm does not see the neutral safety switch , it wont let the starter work when you turn the key
