Hi, my car won't turn over no lights or anything it died out and is dead I tried to
jump start it and it would not start up.

Need good battery. Also may be fuse. Very possible fuse if battery good.

It is possible that the battery is shorted out internally, thus not able to jump start the car. Have the battery checked.
