Why would you want to do that? Good chance of blowing the computer or other components. If you were testing the alternator, you use a digital multi meter and see if there is 14.5 DCV at the battery when the car is running.

A guy goes into the doctor and says - hey doc, my arm hurts when I do this - the doctor says don't do that.
