How Do I Fix The Dashboard Panel Cluster In My 2012 Dodge Journey Crew....This is my SECOND request????

Can someone or anyone give me an answer to my question....I will appreciate it very much if you can assist me.....I can't put on the radio, no a/c, no settings,  no climate control, nothing.....I need some help...

No, the battery was not disconnected before this began....the car was working fine, when I went to put on the a/c the screen was black and I could not do or use any function from the dashboard panel. Thank you for your reply...... Much appreciated......
