Why is my car not shifting.

So my Chrysler town and country wont shift gears at all
dont even know what gear it's in I can drive 50 tops I just
had the transmission rebuilt so it's not that any ideas

He still has my car forsure. Cost me 3 grand of course he's going to diagnose it I was wondering if it could be something easy enough to do it myself the transmission is good so idk

I highly doubt these guys did something wrong they've been around for a very long time
