Ac shuts off when headlights are turned on

This is on a 06 charger with 3.5 v6.
The ac blower works fine and cold, but as
soon as you turn on the headlights, the ac
quits. Shut off headlights, and ac instantly
comes on. The blower also does not shut off
when you turn ignition key off. Any solutions?
