2012 Mercedes CLS with 84k miles for 24k?

I was wondering if this is a good deal on the car- another
thing in worried about is the upkeep of the car. I make
around 30k a year- I can afford to finance it but I'm not
knowledgeable in the upkeep and am unsure if I'll be able to
afford it or not.

On that budget I would not buy a car that is so expensive to maintain. Think Toyota, not German luxury cars.
