How much is a transfer case for 2000 Dodge Durango ?

Is thereally a how to video  for this Repair? I am not a mechanic  by any means,
but I can read directions.

There is a place called LKQ and used to be called U- Pull-It junkyard I don't know if they have one in the state that you're in but I will not pay no more than $150 for a transfer case

Repairing a transfer case is not an easy task. There are some special tools required and the roller bearings and snap rings can be tricky. You can search YouTube for specific videos about the transfer case.
