Car won't start.!! Please help.!!

I have a 2000 chrysler sebring 2.5 l 24 valve v6.. While
driving, car shut down wouldn't restart... Gets plenty of fuel
has good spark. Replaced plugs and new timing belt and
timing is correct. Still cranks good but Won't start..
Checked all fuses. All r good. Sensor possibly.??  Please
help..!! Workin on Car last three days.. I'm about to blow my
own gasket.!!
