I have the same exact issue. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and i have the same issue but its not consistent. It only happens sporadically. The dealership replaced the actuator but I am still having the issue. But every time I schedule an appointment to get it fixed it doesn't happen for the service team and they can't figure it out. I hope we can find answers soon!!!
