My heater is not working properly.

I have a 2002 Buick Rendvios  but when I turn on the heater and turn the tempature up
so it will heat it will only turn up to about 64 then if I keep turning it will go back to 60. It
might work if go ahead and drive then stop and start my car several times the heater
might start working. Can any one help me?

Sound,s like the module may be bad,or the control switch in it,the only way to fix this,is to replace it,or try taking your + battery cable loose for about thirty minute,s may reset,and all so make sure it is not set to automatic temp control.

When I turn on my heat in my 2002 Buick Rendezvous it doesn't even do anything doesn't sound like his own and I don't know exactly what to do but what could be wrong
