Alternator not charging

Hi I have an 02 Chrysler Sebring LXI and the car won't keep running. I changed the battery and alternator 2 times and im still having the same trouble. Idk what to do, maybe I should have the battery charged. I don't want to trial and error though. What should I do

First confirm all bonding straps are good..Check the alternator output vehicle running at the battery terminals 13.4-14.8 volts IF NO, check Under hood alternator FUSE if OK likely famous? NOTORIOUS... Chrysler PCM fail it regulates battery charging from the vehicles computer THANKS CHRYSLER
