The truck keeps making a ticking sound
when off. Been off for hours or days. The
truck tire on the left looks off a little an i
didn't hit anything. The truck when driven
blows sticky substance on front window
that constantly has to be cleaned off. The
truck is leaking green fluid on passenger
side of car. The truck gas hand will not work.
When driving the truck steering wheel has to
be turned a little bit to the left in order to
drive straight. Weird burning oil smell comes
out when heat is turned on or off. Smokes
from vent when truck is stopped an still
running. Haven't even had this truck for two
years. Bought it used.

It seems that you have different problems with the truck. Did the problem with the ticking sound, left tire, sticky substance, green fluid, gas gauge, steering, smoke, appeared all at once? Have you provided regular maintenance to the vehicle? As far as the green fluid you mention, the heater core must have a leak and the liquid you see is coolant. Frankly, if the truck had all the problems you describe when you bought it, the previous owner did a fantastic job covering them up.

How many miles in the truck? I suspect that the problems started one at a time, maybe in rapid sequence, and you failed to take care of them, no offense intended. Many times people just wait for problems to go away and as more time goes by others appear. If you plan on keeping the truck, my suggestion is to repair them, one by one. Get an estimate from a mechanic and see how much this is going to cost, you may find that it is better to sell it and purchase another one.
