Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a 2012 Ford Focus se I financing thru
drive time I owe 10,000 still will ford
dealership take as trade in and down
payment to finance new ford

It shouldn't be the total $10,000 though because they will try to sell it and make money. See what a few dealers tell u...compare!

Correct, the dealer will offer you close to $4000 for trade in, and you will still owe $6000. I personally would not roll that much into a new car loan. Keep driving your car till you satisfy the loan and don't get yourself under water again. With adding it to the loan you will still be in the same situation, have to purchase gap insurance and pay a higher interest rate. Not a good position to be in.
