2011 Honda fit sport. Automatic

Had car diagnosed
and only thing came
up on scan was output
speed sensor. I
replaced it but check
engine and other lights
come back on
sometimes will shift
and sometimes won't  
speedometer not
working and when I
turn on fan or wipers it
reduces power the
only other problems
with car has been
broken daytime
running light.

All fluids and fuses have been checked and are fine. Is there a reason that output speed sensor would get intermittent signal I just had it diagnosed again and that was only reading
