the heater is constantly on, air conditioning off

Suddenly like something broke inside the nob my 2011 Toyota Corolla start blowing only
heat. The air conditioning blow heat as well. Even when the fan is off I still feel the hot air
coming out. Any ideas what went wrong please? I have Limited Powertrain warranty - 7
years till 2018 (i am on only 52000 miles)

Either the blend door broke or the actuator is not working properly.

Unfortunately the Power Train warranty will not cover that, sorry to bear that news. But bandit seems to be on the right track. But just for a try, there is a fuse that controls those. Check fuse #28 in the fuse box behind the flip-down coin holder, left of steering wheel. It's in the middle row, last one on right.
