2005, chrysler 300 lights flickereing, changed alternator, battery fairly new,
battery light goes on and off.  Flickering not as bad but, is still happening. Code
read in the computer system.

Sounds like you have a bad ground follow ground wire from battery to where it is grounded to frame of vehicle make sure it is nice and tight.
