the air conditioner vents on my car are blowing out hot air even when its off why?

when im driving the a/c is off the air vent know is turned towards the cool but still blows out hot air

probably need your system recharged. there are do it yourself kits, or if you aren't handy that way most shops can do it.

your blend door is broke or the actuator is not working properly.
