What does it mean when my 2006 Chrysler 300C AWD is reading TMP system? And then the ! Keeps blinking?

My car keeps reading check TMP sensor or system
and the ! Light keeps blinking? And then I'll be
driving down the road and it will loose power like it
cuts out and then comes right back into it what's
that mean??

if im reading this right first check and add air to all your tires and drive it....
