How do I get the car's CARFAX report uploaded?

I placed a 1st time 'car for sale' ad.  I haven't paid for the CARFAX report yet,
but it's been recorded by, and I've updated it, with CarFax, a few weeks ago.

Thank you for answering! Yes, it's a private sale. Are you familiar with how CARFAX reports work for the car seller and then for the interested customer? If I opt to purchase 1 report - what does that mean? Where is that report displayed? Can I share the 1 report's link on various websites like CarGurus? I tried, and couldn't get anyone at CarFax. Thanks, steve
