The headlight is not sealed properly.did you change the lightbulb?if so.take it out again and let it dry out first.then reinstall.

No, I always have my work done by Subaru dealers. The want to charge me $349 plus labor for a new assembly. Of course they will not tale responsibility for it.

The problem is a design issue! If you take the assembly out and do a soapy water test like you do with a tire, you will find micro cracks around the top mount of assembly. I used silicone chauking and sealed it. Problem solved! Subaru will try to sell you a new assembly for over $1000. I got a new ballast on ebay for $69, subaru wants over $300. Subaru will act like they have no idea what it is and charge you a $90 fee per hour to look at it, while they stand there and look at manuals and prints and try to sell you something you dont need to fix it! As you drive the moisture in tje air is forced under you hood and into the headlight. Took me a while to figure this out, no thanks to subaru and their untop notch mechanics!
