Over the last couple days my car has went from bogging down when I try to accelerate, to not wanting to take off from a stop, to now where it won't start. It feels like it's missing, very rough idle.

Here's a little article on bad Mass Air Flow Sensor. Does that sound familiar?

The fault will be logged in the car's computer, take the car to a garage that diagnoses via fault code. Codes usually diagnosed for free. Once code known, Nissan , the net etc will tell you the issue ! happened to me, found the serious issues were a faulty speed sensor, need to replace both not just one ! Best of luck !
