WHEN LOCKING THE VEHICLE WITH MY REMOTE ALL 4 BLINKERS FLASH AND THE HORN BEEPS ONCE. IS THERE A WAY TO DISABLE THE HORN?

A dealer may be unwilling to change the settings for the car as it's sold in this country. You may want to find a VW specialty repair shop that has vagcom.

I know this is late but if you go to the settings scroll down to conv click it and you'll see ATA uncheck that it'll make the horn turn off and when go locking it won't hear the horn. I figure it out myself. Hope this help.
