Transmission fluid appears to be boiling

1994 Cadillac Eldorado has been running hot temp 200-
220. Opened the transmission fluid cap and it looks like it
is “boiling”?  Additionally how do you check history or
clear the OBD1 codes?  Is there a way to select yes when
says pcm?
