New Blend Door Actuator But Still Clicking

I have clicking where the blend door actuator goes behind
the radio in the dashboard on my 2011 Lincoln Navigator
but it's not the actuator.   I replaced the actuator but it still
clicks.   I removed the actuator and turned the truck on and
the clicking occurs, even without the actuator!  Does this
mean the blend door is stuck? How do I unstick it?

Where is the 2nd actuator behind the dash on a 2011 navigator? Everything i pull up shows 2 actuators in the back and 1 behind the radio.

Any luck with this? I have replaced my actuator twice now with no luck.

No. Should I remove the actuator again...And manually force the blend door to turn with a screwdriver or something? It clicks without the actuator inserted. Do I need to replace the blend door?

2003 lincoln navigator. i have a tapping noise coming from the rear end of the car it usually only happens when the car is in drive or reverse or taking tight turns at low speed and even sitting at idle at a stop light.
