Cadillac Deville 1998 overheating issue !

I have a 1998 cadillac deville  and it overheats we have
changed out just about everything and the coolant leaks
out of the fill tank and we cantvdrive very far without it
running hot we are lucky if we make it back home does
anyone have the same issue or know what could be
causing this ?

Check to see if the cooling fan working, does it come on when is hot? if it does, check if the coolant is circulating through radiator

Coolant fan will not come on till it reaches 250 as per design. Mine is doing the same stuff.
