I have a Cadillac escalade 1999, the trunk will not open at all and the glass top part wont shut close. please help me try to fix it or look for part.

need to change the back tail lights , and cant if the truck wont open. Thanks.

I agree with Mark. Many times the problem is simple and inexpensive. Also, there may be a security switch that has gone bad , or you may be trying to open tail gate ( I assume since an escalade has no trunk persai) with the valae key instead of the master key.
