Ford f150 engine shaking

I have a ford f150 lariat 4x4,
king cab,
When I'm going down the
road, about 30-60 mph the
whole truck starts to shake,
when I let off  the gas it stops,    
but when I get going it
continues to shake.

Have you checked the fuel filter? I just replaced mine. I was experiencing the same issue. After I got a tune up my truck was doing the same. I also had a misfire so my light was on. I replace the mass air flow sensor, because that’s what everyone was telling me then the egr (based off previous experience) but in the end it ended up being the fuel filter save you some money and check this first it’s the cheapest:)
